Welcome to the Coat Room Lounge! We strive to create an enjoyable and respectful atmosphere for all members. Please read and adhere to the following rules and regulations, which are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
### Membership Dues
1. **Dues Payment:**
- Membership dues are required to be paid in full by their respective due dates.
- All memberships must have automatic deductions set up via credit card or bank account. Members must provide valid payment information upon joining.
- Failure to pay membership dues on time may result in suspension of membership privileges until payments are made.
### Payment Policies
2. **Tab Payments:**
- All tabs incurred during visits must be settled by the first of each month.
- Charging privileges will only be allowed if previous tabs have been paid in full.
- Any outstanding balances past due may result in restricted access or termination of membership.
### Respectful Conduct
3. **Member-to-Member Interaction:**
- All guests are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespect towards fellow members is strictly prohibited.
4. **Privacy Considerations:**
- Members should respect the privacy of others while enjoying the lounge; this includes refraining from intrusive conversations or unwanted attention.
5. **Staff Treatment:**
- Staff members deserve respect; any verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff will not be tolerated.
- Constructive feedback is welcome but should always be communicated respectfully.
6. **Alcohol Consumption:**
- Members must consume alcohol responsibly; excessive intoxication may lead to refusal of service at the discretion of staff.
- If a member appears overly intoxicated, we reserve the right to refuse service for their safety and that of others.
### Guest Policy
7. **Bringing Guests:**
- No guests can be brought into the lounge without prior consent from management.
- Members wishing to bring guests must notify management at least 24 hours before their visit for approval.
8. **Space Limitations:**
- The Coat Room Lounge is a small club with limited capacity; therefore, we operate on a first-come-first-serve basis during peak hours.
- While we make every effort to accommodate our members, there may be instances where entry cannot be guaranteed due to space constraints.
### Liability Waiver
9. **Waiver Acknowledgment:**
- By entering the premises, all members acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and agree that Coat Room Lounge shall not hold liability for any injuries sustained while on-site or as a result of consuming alcoholic beverages.
- Members accept full responsibility for their actions while in the lounge and release Coat Room Lounge from any claims arising from those actions.
10. **Behavioral Expectations & Enforcement:**
– These rules are enforced by management at all times; failure to comply with these regulations could result in immediate removal from premises and/or cancellation of membership without refund depending on severity.
11. **Agreement Clause:**
– It is important to note that even if staff fail to provide these rules and regulations directly upon request or during onboarding processes, all members who maintain their membership status acknowledge acceptance of these terms through continued participation within the lounge facilities as well as through timely payment practices associated with membership dues and tab settlements.
### Audio & Video Recording Policy
12. **Surveillance Notice:**
– The Coat Room Lounge uses audio and video recording devices throughout its premises for security purposes aimed at ensuring the safety of our staff and property.
– These recordings remain confidential property owned solely by management; they will not be shared with third parties unless required by law enforcement authorities under applicable legal circumstances.
– By entering our facility, you consent explicitly to this recording practice as part of your agreement with our policies.
